Individual Coaching
Connect regularly with your dedicated coach who can help you navigate academic, personal, and career-related challenges throughout your postsecondary journey.
Monthly Surveys & Stipends
Regular surveys help coaches understand what support Fellows may need. Fellows are eligible to earn a stipend, sent directly to their bank accounts through Zelle, for each survey they complete!

Emergency Persistence Funding
Financial support may be available for unexpected challenges related to tuition, housing, school supplies, transportation, or other barriers that could interrupt persistence in a Fellow’s path.
Career Experience & Summer Support
Some Fellows may qualify for support related to unpaid internships, conferences, study abroad opportunities, or summer coursework.
Financial Literacy
Workshops to promote financial wellness and credit-building education designed to help Fellows strengthen long-term financial stability are offered through partnerships with organizations such as Working Credit, Ladder Up, and Operation Hope.

One-on-one social-emotional coaching that provides additional support, encouragement, and accountability.
Counseling Services
Eligible Fellows in Illinois and Mississippi may have access to free counseling services through UtmostU partner organizations.

Career Spring
Online platform offering career and job candidate coaching, opportunities to network with professionals volunteering their time to connect and support young adults, and receive access to targeted job opportunities through Career Springs employment partners.
BravenX
Virtual career accelerator program for Fellows pursuing bachelor’s degrees, focused on networking, leadership development, and career readiness.
Career Lab
One-on-one support for resumes, LinkedIn profiles, interview preparation, and career planning.
